Products

Here you can see the SalesKing product-list. At this point you've got all your products at a glance.

The product-list is pre-sorted in ascending order by the last update.

Function

1. Full-text search

Search your product-list with the full-text search by

  • Number
  • Name
  • Description
  • Price

2. Filter-functions

You can use the following filters:

  • Buzzwords (Tags)
    Make usage of the ability to give your products buzzwords while creating them in your system. These tags will be shown in the buzzwords-filter and you are able to filter your product-list by them.

3. Sort-function

With a click on the column-headings you are able to alter the default settings (updated at / ascending).

4. Editing-functions

New product

Create a new product with a click on "new product" on the run.

Settings

By clicking you'll be taken directly to the product settings.

open batch-control

By clicking on the three plus-signs [+++] you will have access to the batch-control.
This list is also pre-sorted and is shown ascending by last update.

You now are able to choose from the following functions which you can handle with the batch-control on diverse products:

  • Export | Export the marked products. In the upcoming dialogue window you'll be able to choose from different export-templates.

Products will be marked as follows:

  • Within the list press and hold the left mouse button and use the cursor to highlight the area you wish to mark.
  • Single and multiple markings can be made by clicking the little check box in the very first column of the list OR while holding the CTRL-button on your keyboard with a click right in the line of the list that you want to mark.
  • By clicking on the plus-sign right above the little check-boxes you can mark all shown clients. By clicking the minus-sign you will mark the opposite, that means all not marked products will be marked now.

By clicking the three minus-signs [---] you will return to your product-list.

Actions

Within the product-list you are able to perform different actions.

The tool-icon

By clicking the tool-icon you are able to edit the product-data.

The blue plus-sign

By clicking the plus-sign you will copy the product-entry to duplicate it easily.

The delete-icon

By clicking the delete-icon you can delete the product.

Detailed product-view

By clicking the product-name you can see the detail-view of your product.

Directly at the information about the product and the detailed information about price, tax etc. you can see when the product is updated, when it was created, how much it has turned-over and how many items have been sold.

Functions

  • Edit product
    You can edit your products at any time.
  • Copy
    Use the shown product as a template and just copy it.
  • Delete
    Delete the product.

  • Overview of this product, created invoices with information about price, quantity, discount etc.
