Feed templates¶

System templates¶

Systemsided SalesKing do not offer feed templates in the way templates are known from SalesKing. That is because:

You do have the possibility to generate yourself a feed-token. The feed-token is a individuall key to your account that makes you able to subscribe to nearly every output that you can see while working with SalesKing as a feed.

Subscribing to a feed is made as follows:

• generate you individual feed-token at "settings" / "user-data" / generate feed-token
• now click, for example, on your invoices to see the invoice-list, in the adress-line of your browser you can see the "feed-icon"
• by clicking on this icon you can subscribe to the choosen feed with your personal feed-reader (f.e. oulook, netvibes.com etc.).

And now?
Now you can you will be informed of all changes in your invoice-list without the need to log-in into SalesKing.

your own feed templates (Freelancer-, StartUp-, Business-Version of SalesKing only)¶

You can create your very own feed templates.

As you may know, you do have the possibility to filter and sort the output in your SalesKing in many diffrent ways to match your need of information.

EVERY here made setting and setting-combination (f.e. tag-client or client - date) is a subscribeable feed!

That is the way you can customize your feed-output.

Define own outputs ("real" feed templates)¶

You are also able to create your own feed templates which do include spezial, through placeholders defined outputs.

More information for this case will follow. We do think that the above mentioned possibilitys will be able to match your needs to inform yourself with feed-subscriptions.
