Clients

Here you can see your SalesKing client-list. At this point you've got all your clients at a glance.

The client-list is pre-sorted in ascending order by client-number.

Function

1. Full-text search

Search your client-list with the full-text search by

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Organisation
  • Client-number
  • E-mail

2. Filter-functions

You can use the following filters:

  • Alphabetical Filter

Buzzwords (Tags)

Make use of the ability to give your clients buzzwords while creating them in your system. These tags will be shown in the buzzwords-filter and you are able to filter your client-list by them.

3. Sort-function

With a click on the column-headings you are able to alter the default settings (client-number / ascending).

4. Editing-functions

New client

Create a new client with a click on "new client" on the run.

Importing a vCard

Upload vCards from your computer into the client-list.

Export of vCards

Export all your clients as vCards to your computer.

You are also able to export just one vCard. Therefore just click to the little [+] behind the choosen client-name and then click on the export-icon (the arrow with the green background).

Settings

By clicking you will be taken directly to the client settings.

List view

You can change the view to well-arranged card-view by clicking on the view-icon.

open batch-control

By clicking on the three plus-signs [+++] you will have access to the batch-control.
This list is also pre-sorted and is shown ascending by client-number.

You now are able to choose from the following functions which you can handle with the batch-control on diverse clients:

  • Export | Export the marked clients. In the upcoming dialogue window you are able to choose from different export-templates.
  • Mail | Send your clients an email. You are able to choose which email-template you use.

Clients will be marked as follows:

  • within the list press and hold the left mouse button and rectangle with the cursor over the area you want to mark.
  • more and single markings are able to make if you click the little check box in the very first column of the list OR while holding the CTRL-button on your keyboard with a click right in the line of the list that you want to mark.
  • with a click an the plus-sign right above the little check-boxes you can mark all shown clients. By clicking the minus-sign you will mark the opposite, that means all not marked clients will be marked now.

By clicking the three minus-signs [---] you will return to your client-list.

Actions

Within the client-list you are able to make different actions.

The tool-icon

By click on the tool-icon you are able to edit the client-data.

The green plus-sign

By clicking you will create a new invoice for this client.

The comment-icon

Create a new comment by clicking this icon.

Detailed client-view

By clicking on the organisation-name or the client-name within the client-list, you are linked to the detail-view of your client.

Now you have got all information for this client at a glance

  • Contact-information and billing addresses
  • The balance of the client-account
  • Existing settings for cash-discount
  • When you made the last client-settings for this client
  • When you created the client
  • Who created the client

Document-status of the client

See how many "invoices": have been created for this client and their individual status.
See if there are recurring invoices for this client.
See if there are estimates created for this client and their individual status.
See if there are credit notes created for this client and their individual status.

Functions

  • Edit client
    You can edit your clients at any time.
  • Send email
    Send an email to your clients. The emails you send to the client will be shown on the bottom of the detailed-client-view and are readable at any time.
  • Delete
    Delete your client here.

Further information in the detailed-client-view

  • Create comments
    Create now or edit completed comments. To edit use the tool-icon right of the comment.
  • Emails
    Emails sent to the client will be shown here.
